1.    Welcome Keelie, great to have you here! Can you tell us a bit about yourself and how you got started in recruitment?
 
2.    What does a typical day look like as Director of Operations at Amoria Group?
 
3.    We often hear from those in sales roles, including on this podcast. But as someone who oversees a wider scope of the business you must see other success stories. Can you share any examples of great successes or progressions, and any advice in achieving similar things for those just starting out in their career?  
 
4.    You’re based in our Singapore office and have lived in the region for some time now. What would you say are the key differences between the APAC business and the EU business?
 
5.    If someone from our European offices wanted to make the move to Singapore, what advice would you have for them?
 
6.    Lastly; equity, diversity & inclusion is an increasingly important part of every business. What would you say the key goals are to achieve an inclusive workplace, and what should young professionals just starting their careers be looking out for in a business?
