4)    You have been playing a leading role in the industry for several years now. What are your tips for those just starting out to quickly gain a foothold and become successful?

 

5)    Both recruitment and management consulting are areas that can bring a lot of success, but also a lot of challenges. What advice would you have for managing the stressful parts of the job?
